  I had once . Their food is really good . But they do not make with gloves . They make with bare hands. This causes hygiene concerns. It is disappointing they do not follow basic hygeine rules. Because of this I do not get from them anymore.

  Ordered at 1.50pm on a Saturday and no sign of the food being delivered over an hour later. They said they use uber drivers for deliveries but made it clear these are unreliable Why advertise a service if they cannot fulfil it. Very frustrating and a hungry family here over easter as ordered for a treat

  Really enjoying Papa John’s in Ballymena! The pizza is genuinely tasty and better than anywhere else in town. Ordered delivery a few times now and it’s always fast and easy, no complaints at all. They also have great deals and discounts which is a nice bonus. Not bad at all considering they only opened less than 3 months ago! Conveniently located right in the town centre, just a short walk from Fairhill. Easy to find and order from the mobile app.

  Everything was great food, server and selection even the car park is close by, they put Domino's to shame! The only issue I had was if you're intending to sit in wrap up warm the seating area was very cold we took our food and ate in the car!

  I don't know if it gets bad reviews cause of deliveries or what (always order collection!), but ours was lovely!
